Social media ads need a clear understanding of who your different customer types are and what matters to each. Vaguely defined customer groups and guesses about what they want greatly weaken your marketing.
Trying different customer groups and messages to see what sticks can miss profitable groups or reach them with the wrong message. This is why many agencies fail to perform.
We research your most valuable local customer groups and what matters to each. Then we create ads and videos that grab their attention, make them want to keep reading or watching, and give them stronger reasons to choose you over competitors.

Your ad must grab more attention than the content they came to enjoy.
Also, Facebook and Instagram treat your customer targeting settings as suggestions. Their AI now analyzes your ad’s content to decide who sees it.
Your ad must tell the AI who it’s for and grab those customers’ attention strongly enough to stop them scrolling. Otherwise, you’re paying to show your ads to people who keep scrolling.
Amaze combines the right campaign setup with messages built around what each group needs, wants, and worries about.
Your ad must do more than reach them. It must make them care.

Our own tools identify your most valuable local customer groups, then uncover the concerns, needs, and wants that make each group choose a company like yours.
The Local Customer Opportunity Report shows which groups to pursue. The Deep Customer Insight Report reveals what to say to each group, from the first attention-grabbing sentence to the proof they need before hiring.
We turn that research into ads, video scripts, and matching web pages that show customers you understand their situation and can deliver what they need.
Not one message for everyone. Stronger reasons for each group to choose you.
We recommend where to start based on the jobs you want, the customers you need to reach, and your budget. Then we create ads that fit how people use each platform.
Each platform attracts different customer groups and reaches them in a different frame of mind. Your ads must account for those differences to get the most from your ad spend.
For service businesses, we use Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest. We also use Google Display for follow-up ads across websites and apps.
During your Growth Review, we’ll explain which platforms we recommend for your business and why.
We track your ads, phone calls, and form submissions and connect them to your CRM records to see which ads bring in leads, which leads become jobs, and what those jobs sell for.
Those results show us where to divert more budget, what to improve, and what to stop spending on. We improve your ads, pages, and follow-up, and use the results to help the platforms find more paying customers.
That’s how we turn attention into more profitable jobs at a lower advertising cost per job.

No. Paid ads reach people beyond your followers. We build campaigns around the local customers you want to reach, not the size of your following.
Yes. We research the customers, plan the ads, and write the scripts and marketing copy. When needed, we can arrange a local videographer or use natural-looking AI footage. We agree on the production work and costs with you first.
We agree on the guarantee based on the work you want us to do. When we create the ads and the web pages customers reach after clicking, we can stand behind the complete campaign.
If we provide research, plans, or marketing copy for someone else to build, we cannot guarantee the results of their implementation.
You pay the platforms for advertising. Amaze’s fee covers the work we agree to perform. We explain our fee, production costs, payment terms, and applicable guarantee before you approve the work.
We judge results by jobs and revenue, not just views, likes, or inquiries. The time needed depends on your budget, local demand, and how long customers take to hire. During your Growth Review, we’ll explain the expected timeline for your business.
